Is Nalumi a medical or dermatology service?

No. Nalumi offers general cosmetic and beauty guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any skin condition and is not a substitute for a dermatologist or doctor. If you have a skin concern, irritation or an allergy, please talk to a qualified professional.

Do I need to upload photos?

No. Your routine is built from your beauty profile — your skin type, goals, preferred textures and budget. You can update them at any time.

Do you sell the products you recommend?

No. Nalumi doesn’t sell cosmetics, and suggestions aren’t sponsored. You can buy products from any store you like, or ask the assistant how to use the ones you already own.

How should I try a new product?

Always read the ingredient list and the manufacturer’s instructions, and patch-test a new product before using it on your face. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop using it.
